A sourcebook collecting together a range of methods for drying and storing grains to arrest the growth of aflatoxin. These methods can improve the safety and quality of grain. Each method is presented with diagrams, key facts, an overview of the operating parameters, resource requirements, and positive and negative aspects of adoption.
The book was produced by the AflaSTOP project of ACDI-VOCA, with support of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
Note: This resource was added to this database as part of a migration of resources from the now defunct CCRP Sphaera platform, and is still awaiting a comprehensive review and quality check.
